A. All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of payment. A shipment tracking number is automatically generated and emailed to you as soon as the order has been processed by our shipping department.

A. Packages are handed to the carrier within 2 business days of payment. Typical carrier transit times are as follows:

Q. Are the used golf balls sold on your site refinished or altered in any way?
A. We do not sell refinished golf balls. We only sell recycled golf balls. All used golf balls are collected from golf courses across the United States, gently cleaned and then hand sorted into various grades based on their quality. The balls you receive are simply lost golf balls and the original paint and other characterisitcs of the balls are not altered by us in any way. On more than one occassion, our customers have received balls that they originally lost during one of their rounds.

Q. Are your new items genuine?
A. We only sell genuine products and we back each purchase with the manufacturers' original warranty. In case of issues that may arise within the original warranty period, customers simply send the items back to us and we take care of the warranty repair/replacement.
