Order and Shipping inquiries

Q. How can I view the status of my order?

A. Go to the Customer Service page and enter your order number.

Q. How long will it take for my order to ship?

A. All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of payment. A shipment tracking number is automatically generated and emailed to you as soon as the order has been processed by our shipping department. We do not process shipments on weekends and holidays. 


Q. How long will it take for me to receive my order?

A. Packages are handed to the carrier within 2 business days of payment. Typical carrier transit times are as follows:

Continental United States (48 states):

All packages are shipped using Standard Ground Shipping with a delivery window of 3-7 business days based on geographic location. 

Puerto Rico/Hawaii/Guam/ Military Addresses:

We utilize Priority Mail for shipments going to PR/HI/GU/Military Addresses. Delivery can take anywhere from 7-15 business days (not including weekends and holidays). Times can vary depending on how quickly customs processes the item, generally you can expect longer times around the holidays. 

Q. Do you ship to international locations?

Q. Are your new items genuine?

A. We only sell genuine products and we back each purchase with the manufacturers original warranty. In case of issues that may arise within the original warranty period, customers simply send the items back to us and we take care of the warranty repair/replacement.  


Q. What about customized bulk/large orders inside the US and internationally?.
